Important Notice – Access to Investment Promotions

Certain investment opportunities promoted by Regents Property are only made available to individuals or entities that qualify as High Net Worth under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (Financial Promotion) Order 2005 (as amended in 2023 and 2024).

By proceeding, you are certifying that you meet the criteria of a High Net Worth Individual or High Net Worth Company/Entity as detailed below. You acknowledge that this certification enables you to receive financial promotions that are exempt from regulation by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

High Net Worth Individual Certification
I certify that I am a High Net Worth Individual for the purposes of the Financial Promotion Order. In the last financial year, at least one of the following applied to me:

- I had an annual income of £100,000 or more; or
- I held net assets of £250,000 or more.

For the purposes of this declaration, net assets do not include:

- The value of my primary residence;
- Any loan secured against my primary residence;
- Any rights under a qualifying insurance contract;
- Any pension or retirement benefits.

I confirm that I have completed and signed a High Net Worth self-certification form and understand that this declaration enables me to receive investment materials and financial promotions from Regency Invest.

High Net Worth Company or Unincorporated Association Certification
I confirm that I am authorised to act on behalf of a company or other entity that meets one of the following criteria:

- It has called-up share capital or net assets of £5 million or more;
- It is a body corporate with at least 20 members and net assets of £500,000 or more;
- It is a partnership with net assets of £5 million or more (or £500,000 or more if the partnership has at least 20 partners).

As a representative of this entity, I certify that the organisation meets the applicable criteria and that I am authorised to make this declaration.
