Self-Certified Sophisticated Investor Criteria
To self-certify as a Sophisticated Investor, you must declare that at least one of the following applies to you:

- Company Director: You are currently, or have been within the last two years, a director of a company with an annual turnover of at least £1 million.
- Investment Experience: You have made two or more investments in unlisted companies in the previous two years.
- Professional Experience: You have worked in a professional capacity in the private equity sector, or in the provision of finance for small and medium enterprises, within the last two years.
- Angel Investor Network Membership: You are a member of a network or syndicate of business angels and have been so for at least the last six months.

I confirm that I have completed and signed a self-certification form and understand that this declaration enables me to receive investment materials and financial promotions from Regency Invest.
